Question by pockybunny: How safe is it to smoke dropped cigarettes you find on the street?
I see people doing that sometimes, just picking up used cigarettes off the ground and salvaging what’s left.
It is any worse than smoking a fresh cigarette from a pack? I’m thinking about additional bacteria from people possibly stepping on it and germs from the previous mouth it has been in. Would those be possible dangers?

unhealthy. cigarettes first of all release thousands of chemicals into your body when you smoke. and on top of that, I really don’t think using dropped cigars which have been used by some unknown stranger and which have been stepped all over, are good to be used again. Who knows what disease or illness such a stranger can carry.
