I used to smoke cigars and liked doing it. But I started to realize that it had so many chemicals and toxins in it. I recently started with the e cig. I have to say that I like it real much and is much better smoking alternative than cigars. Most of the time i smoke the cartridges with no nicotine but occasionally if i am stressed or at a party i smoke the ones with nicotine. In the long run is this better for me?

it is better to just stop but i know how hard it is. you should try to use it less and less the habit is what you have to stop not the smoking.

because smoking is routine. using an electronic cig would change your routine completely because it is a dramatic change and its a START.
